The principal role of the planning Board is to review subdivision application to assure compliance with the Town's Subdivision Ordinance and to review site plans for development submitted under the Town's Site Plan Ordinance. The Board also conducts public hearings with respect to proposed amendments to the Zoning, Subdivision and Site Plan Ordinances.
