Dear Val Halla Golf Association Member,

I am pleased to announce the First Annual Used Golf Club Sale to benefit the Scholarship Fund and Junior Golf Programs at Val Halla.  This is a chance to clean out some of that old equipment from your trunk or closet and generate a little cash or increase the value towards new equipment.  There are 50 pages of trade-in values to look up.  If you can't find your club on these pages, it's either priceless or worthless.

As an additional incentive, the Pro Shop will offer you $1.25 for every $1.00 sold towards a new club or merchandise.

What better way to kick-start the economy by selling some old equipment, adding it to that $600 tax refund and buying a membership or new set of irons.  All the while benefitting two great and worthwhile causes…the Scholarship Fund and Junior Golf.

This event will take place the entire month of April.  Bring clubs by anytime we're open to take advantage.

The way this would work if you participate…

1.      Look up the PGA Trade-In Network value on the list of club values (see link below).  The "cash on-the-spot" value is net of a 10% contribution to the Val Halla Scholarship Fund.

2.      Complete the "trade-in form" with specifications, contact info., etc. (a .pdf file on the Val Halla website).

3.      Bring the club and paper to Open House or Val Halla during the month of April.

4.      Receive a check for the value of the club or a gift certificate for 125% of the value valid in the Pro Shop.
