 07 - 073.   To hold public hearing to consider and act on Mass Gathering Permit for the Penobscot Valley Kennel Club Dog Show, June 23 & 24, 2007, Cumberland Fairgrounds.

 07 - 074.   To hold public hearing to consider and act on 2007 Cumberland Victualers Licenses.

07 - 075.   To accept donations on behalf of the Fire Department.

07 - 076.   To authorize an expenditure of up to $5,000 toward the repair of the harbormaster boat engine

V.         NEW BUSINESS

VI.        ADJOURNMENT  to Special Meeting of Monday, June 18, 2007.

VII.       EXECUTIVE SESSION -  pursuant to M.R.S.A. Title 1 , 405(6)(c) re: real or  personal property.
